Flight Claims Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description
eVisaFlex Flight Claims is a claims facilitation service. We assist passengers in preparing and submitting flight compensation claims to airlines under EU Regulation 261/2004 and UK Regulation 261. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
2. Fee Structure
For delay, cancellation, and denied boarding claims: we charge a 25% success fee on the compensation received. If we do not succeed in obtaining compensation, you owe nothing ("no win, no fee").
For ticket refund claims: a flat fee of β¬49β99 is charged upfront, regardless of outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate flight details, personal information, and supporting documents. Providing false information may result in claim rejection and termination of our service.
4. No Guarantee
We cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim. Airline compensation decisions are made by the airlines and/or regulatory authorities. Our success fee is only charged when compensation is actually received.
5. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. We share your data only with the relevant airline and regulatory bodies as needed to process your claim.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific claim in question. We are not liable for any indirect losses, missed deadlines not caused by us, or airline decisions.
