100% Service Fee Refund Guarantee

If your visa application is rejected by the government, we will refund 100% of our service fee. No questions asked.

Understanding Your Fees

When you apply through eVisaFlex, your total payment includes two components:

Government Fee

The official visa fee set by the destination country. This is paid directly to the government and is non-refundable by us, as the government retains it regardless of the application outcome.

Service Fee (Refundable)

Our facilitation fee for preparing, reviewing, and submitting your application. This is 100% refundable if your visa is rejected.

What Is Covered

You are eligible for a full service fee refund if:

  • Your visa application is officially rejected by the government or embassy.
  • You provided accurate and truthful information in your application.
  • All required documents were uploaded as instructed.
  • The rejection is not due to reasons listed in the exclusions below.

Submit Refund Request

Contact us at hello@evisaflex.com with your application ID and the rejection notice within 30 days of receiving the rejection.

We verify the rejection within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processed

Service fee refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

Total time from request to refund: typically 7–10 business days.

Exclusions β€” When Refunds Do Not Apply

The service fee refund does not apply if:

  • False or Misleading Information: The application was rejected because you provided inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete personal data or documents.
  • Applicant Withdrawal: You voluntarily cancel or withdraw your application before or during government processing.
  • Duplicate Application: You submit a duplicate or redundant application for the same trip.
  • Travel Bans or Sanctions: Rejection is due to government-imposed travel bans, sanctions, or blacklists unrelated to the application quality.
  • Expired Passport: Your passport does not meet the minimum validity requirement (typically 6 months).
  • Failure to Respond: The government requests additional information and you fail to respond within the required timeframe.
  • Optional Add-ons: Fees paid for optional services (travel insurance, expedited processing, etc.) are non-refundable unless the add-on service was not delivered.

Government Fee Refunds

Government visa fees are collected by and paid to the destination country's government or embassy. These fees are non-refundable by eVisaFlex, as they are retained by the government regardless of the application outcome. Some governments may offer their own refund mechanisms β€” we can assist you in navigating those processes.

Cancellation Before Submission

If you wish to cancel your application before it has been submitted to the government:

  • Within 1 hour of payment: Full refund (service fee + government fee if not yet remitted).
  • After 1 hour but before submission: Full service fee refund. Government fee refunded only if not yet remitted.
  • After submission to government: No cancellation possible. Refund only applies if the visa is subsequently rejected (per the guarantee above).

  • Your eVisaFlex application ID
  • The rejection notice or relevant documentation
  • Your registered email address
