eVisaFlex is a visa facilitation service operated by Hynexa Technologies Pvt Ltd. We assist travelers in preparing, reviewing, and submitting electronic visa applications to government authorities worldwide.

Important: eVisaFlex does not issue visas. We are a facilitation service only. Final approval or rejection of any visa application is solely at the discretion of the issuing government authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

Our pricing consists of:

• Government Fee: The official visa fee charged by the destination country's government. This fee is passed through to the government and is non-refundable by us.
• Service Fee: Our facilitation fee for application preparation, review, submission, and support. This fee is eligible for a 100% refund under our Refund Policy.
• Optional Add-ons: Any additional services (e.g., expedited processing, travel insurance bundles) are clearly priced and optional.

All fees are displayed transparently before payment. You will see a clear breakdown of government fees vs. our service fees at checkout.

By using eVisaFlex, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your visa application.
• Upload genuine, unaltered documents (passport scans, photographs, etc.).
• Ensure your passport is valid for the required duration (typically 6 months beyond your travel dates).
• Review your application details carefully before submission.
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

Providing false or misleading information may result in visa rejection, and eVisaFlex shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate applicant-provided data.

Processing times displayed on our platform are estimates based on standard government processing timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual processing may be faster or slower depending on the government authority, application volume, additional scrutiny, or other factors outside our control.

• eVisaFlex is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or any government decisions regarding your application.
• We are not liable for any travel disruptions, missed flights, or financial losses resulting from visa processing delays or rejections.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific application in question.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and not booking non-refundable travel until your visa is confirmed.

All content, design, logos, and software on eVisaFlex are the property of Hynexa Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent applications, or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of eVisaFlex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
